SHIPPING POLICY

WE SHIP TO THE

  •   continental United States
  •   US Armed Forces locations (Americas, Europe, Pacific)
  •   Hawaii, Alaska and the US Islands

BUSINESS DAYS FROM ORDER TO DELIVERY

Approximate number of BUSINESS days from order placement to delivery:

  • Continental United States - 4 to 8 days
  • Alaska, Hawaii and Islands - 5 to 11 days
  • US Armed Forces locations - 15 to 30 days

For “made to order” items such as T-shirts, mugs, tote bags and phone case, add 2 additional business days for processing. 

Orders may not be processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

UPS, USPS, FEDEX, etc. – We reserve the right to choose the best carrier for delivery of your order.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING is not offered at this time.

SHIPPING CHARGES - Shipping is charged on all orders.  Shipping charges are based on the weight of the item and the destination.  The minimum shipping is $3.99 per order.  Exact shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.  There are no shipping charges on digital downloads.

SHIPMENT ORIGINATION – Products may ship from any number of our warehouses in the United States.  Products do not usually ship from our business office in Indiana.

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION - Once a tracking number has been assigned, you’ll receive an email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number should be active within 1 business day.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES and TAXES – All fees (customs, tariffs, taxes, etc.) imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the buyer.

DAMAGES DURING SHIPPING – If your items should be damaged during shipment, please email us at contactus@oldgettinplace.com so we can work on a resolution to the problem.  DO NOT discard packaging materials or damaged goods.  These items might be needed to file a claim with the shipping carrier.
